For nearly a decade, restaurants, hotels and cafés have trusted us with their dessert menus. We make the classics your guests love (cheesecakes, layer cakes, mini desserts and baked goods), handcrafted from scratch in our Dartmouth bakery and delivered ready to serve.

Desserts freeze for up to nine months, so you keep optimal freshness with less waste.

Choose fully decorated and ready to serve, or undecorated for your own creative touches.
Delivery
Delivery is available within HRM, with a minimum order that suits your establishment's needs. Delivery outside HRM can be scheduled (fees depend on distance and volume).
Your outsourced pastry chef
We opened our doors to supply Nova Scotia's restaurants and cafés, and then something wonderful happened: our neighbours fell in love with our desserts. Today we proudly serve both, and every dessert, whether it's for a birthday or a hotel dessert menu, is made with the same care.
For your kitchen, that means no pastry staff to hire and no ingredients to stock. Our menu is built on all-time favourites, and we can create custom flavours within our cheesecake and layer cake lines. We deliver the dessert, consistent in quality and presentation every time, and your chef plates it and makes it your own. You only pay for what you order.
