Step One - Select product/size/any customizations from offerings on this website, then click “add to cart”.
Step Two - Once you have added all items to cart, select “view cart”. From here, select store pick up or delivery based on your preference. If choosing store pick-up, select preferred pick up date/time. If choosing delivery, enter the postal code of address you would like the order delivered to. This will allow us to determine whether the address in within our delivery zone and calculate shipping cost. Next, select preferred delivery date and time.
Step Three - Proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to provide your contact info, including your address. Yes, even if you selected store pick up.
Step Four - Shipping information. If you have selected delivery, this is where you will enter all necessary delivery information, including recipient’s contact information if different from your own, and any necessary information for our couriers.
Step Five - Continue to payment. Select method of payment, billing information, and apply and gift cards or promo codes, if necessary. Then click “pay now”.
Your order will be ready for pick up or delivery at the selected date/time.

Our retail shop is open to the public Tuesday-Saturday with a limited inventory of products available daily. We recommend pre-ordering to ensure that you get the product you are looking for!

We do offer local delivery in the HRM Municipality. Our delivery rates are calculated when you are about to checkout. We require 48hrs to make a delivery for an order.

Our delivery selection cut off is between 10:00 am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:00pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays. A minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 60 days can be selected.

In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact the receiver; however, if we are unable to do so, we will return the order to our bakery. The next step may be to schedule a store pickup or another delivery attempt. Please be aware that if a second delivery attempt is scheduled, our delivery fee will be charged.

Please use a more recent browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, if you are using Internet Explorer and are unable to select pick-up or delivery. You can also call us, and we will help you place your order over the phone.

We require a minimum of 48 hours for all orders, as we bake all items fresh daily. You can order up to 60 days in advance on our website, if your order date is farther out than that you can place your order over the phone 902-468-2700.

We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel an order and receive a refund in full. If cancelling an order with less than 48 hours notice, we can postpone this order for another time or credit the total amount towards a new order. If you fail to show up to pick up your order without making alternate arrangements, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit.

We recommend refrigerating all products before serving. If your dessert is made with buttercream (cupcakes or buttercream layer cakes), remove from the refrigerator about one hour before serving. This will allow the butter to soften slightly and taste more delicious! All products will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Some of our products do contain nuts, and therefore we use nuts in our facility and cannot make 100% nut-free guarantees. If your product does not contain nuts, we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but again, we are NOT a nut-free facility.

All of our cheesecakes can be made gluten free, however we are not a strictly gluten free facility and cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that there will be no risk of cross-contamination.

We frequently work with a variety of ingredients, all of our products are generally regarded as "may contain" in terms of allergies or dietary restrictions. We do take many precautions in-store, but we are unable to guarantee that there won't be any cross-contamination with nuts, gluten, or other allergens. Generally speaking, we do not advise consuming our goods if there is a severe allergy.

Our vegan chocolate cake, called the Elliot Page, does not contain any animal products or by-products, and is therefore dairy and egg free. However, we do use dairy products and eggs in our facility so we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that there will be no risk of cross-contamination.

At this time, we do not.

There aren't any goods available right now that are both vegan and gluten-free. We provide a gluten-free cake and a vegan cupcake that are both manufactured without dairy and eggs but still include wheat (made without wheat but does contain dairy and eggs).

All of our cakes can be customized with a message of your choosing on the top, otherwise they look just as you see on our website.


Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, we only ship within the HRM area and close by cities.

We do deliveries between 10am - 12noon and 2pm - 4pm. Your order will arrive within the time slot you choose when you made your order.

We currently don't offer shipping tracking number, call us at (902) 468-2700 to get details about your delivery.
