ORDERING

Place an order by contacting us or using our website. In order to place an order, we must verify:
Name and contact information
Date and time for delivery or pick-up
Information about your order, including the sizes and flavours
For all orders, we will require your payment details.

Our store is open for walk-in orders, view our store hours here. We bake fresh each morning and have lots of baking available in store each day. Please note: if you are looking for something specific we do recommend pre-orders in order to guarantee we'll have exactly what you're looking for.

We do offer local delivery in the HRM Municipality. Our delivery rates are calculated when you are about to checkout. We require 48hrs to make a delivery for an order.

Our delivery selection cut off is between 10:00 am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:00pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays. A minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 60 days can be selected.

In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact the receiver; however, if we are unable to do so, we will return the order to our bakery. The next step may be to schedule a store pickup or another delivery attempt. Please be aware that if a second delivery attempt is scheduled, our delivery fee will be charged.

Please use a more recent browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, if you are using Internet Explorer and are unable to select pick-up or delivery. You can also call us, and we will help you place your order over the phone.

We need at least 48 hours' notice for orders; on weekends and during holidays, we may need more notice.

Order changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Any changes or cancellations to an order made within 48 hours will result in the entire cost of the purchase being returned to the credit card used to place the original order.

PRODUCTS

The ingredients we use to make our cupcakes are real and fresh. We think it's ideal to eat cupcakes the same day you buy them. If you intend to keep your cupcakes for more than 24 hours, please adhere to the dos and don'ts listed below to ensure they arrive at home safely and remain as fresh as possible.

DO
• Remove the cupcakes from the cardboard box, place them in an airtight container, and store them in the refrigerator or freezer for up to a month.
• Keep your cupcake box upright, and only stack up to two at a time.
• After eating, put the box in your recycle bin.
DON'T
• Leave them in the cardboard box overnight. Your cupcakes won't stay fresh.
• Tilt the box, otherwise your cupcakes may fall out.
Please allow cakes and cupcakes that have been in the refrigerator or freezer to thaw to room temperature before serving.
We use real butter to make all of our buttercream icings. Please try to keep your cupcakes out of direct sunshine because it could melt the frosting.

Although we do offer cupcakes devoid of peanuts, our bakery does not operate in a nut-free environment. Despite the fact that we take numerous measures to prevent cross-contamination, we do not identify our products as nut-free and do not advise consuming them if you have a severe nut allergy.

With any of our traditional buttercream icing flavours, we offer gluten-free chocolate cake in the form of a cupcake or cake.

We frequently work with a variety of ingredients, all of our products are generally regarded as "may contain" in terms of allergies or dietary restrictions. We do take many precautions in-store, but we are unable to guarantee that there won't be any cross-contamination with nuts, gluten, or other allergens. Generally speaking, we do not advise consuming our goods if there is a severe allergy.

We are thrilled to provide a vegan cake and cupcake! We make our cupcakes and frosting without dairy or eggs. Wheat is present in our vegan cupcakes.

We don't presently provide any sugar-free or diabetic solutions.

There aren't any goods available right now that are both vegan and gluten-free. We provide a gluten-free cake and a vegan cupcake that are both manufactured without dairy and eggs but still include wheat (made without wheat but does contain dairy and eggs).

SHIPPING

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, we only ship within the HRM area and close by cities.

We do deliveries between 10am - 12noon and 2pm - 4pm. Your order will arrive within the time slot you choose when you made your order.

We currently don't offer shipping tracking number, call us at (902) 468-2700 to get details about your delivery.

No, we don't limit the order for delivery.
